Text
The commission from time to time, may make, amend, and rescind rules and prescribe forms as are necessary and desirable to carry out this chapter. No rules or forms may be made or prescribed unless the commission finds that the action is necessary or appropriate in the public interest and consistent with the purposes fairly intended by the policy and provisions of this chapter. In prescribing rules and forms, the commission may cooperate with the administrators of other states, industry representatives, and other federal regulatory bodies with a view to effectuate the policy of this chapter to achieve maximum uniformity in the form and content of applications and reports wherever practicable.
