§ 8-40-2 — Applicability of Chapter

Alabama·Title 8 Commercial Law and Consumer Protection·Ch. 40 Sale of Collectibles

This chapter does not apply to a collectible if purchased based on any of the following:

(1)The collectible was purchased by barter or trade for other items.

(2)The collectible was sold by one dealer to another dealer.
