§ 8-19I-2 — Accreditation Required

Alabama·Title 8 Commercial Law and Consumer Protection·Ch. 19I Advising or Assisting Individuals Regarding Veterans Benefits

No person shall assist individuals in the preparation, presentation, and prosecution of claims for veterans benefits as an agent or attorney unless the person has first been accredited by the United States Department of Veterans Affairs for such purpose.
