§ 8-19G-7 — Penalties

Alabama·Title 8 Commercial Law and Consumer Protection·Ch. 19G Internet Distribution of Sexual Material Harmful to Minors

In addition to any other penalty provided by law, any violation of Section 8-19G-3, Section 8-19G-8, or Section 8-19G-9 shall be considered a violation of the Deceptive Trade Practices Act under Chapter 19 of the this title.
