§ 8-17-116 — Penalty for Violation of Division

Alabama·Title 8 Commercial Law and Consumer Protection·Ch. 17 Regulation of Certain Goods and Products·Art. 5 Petroleum Products·Div. 2 Reclaimed or Re-refined Oil

Any person, firm, corporation or association violating any of the provisions of this division shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction, shall be fined not more than $250.
