§ 8-14-24 — Penalty for Violation of Article

Alabama·Title 8 Commercial Law and Consumer Protection·Ch. 14 Public Auctions·Art. 2 Sale of Gold, Silver, Watches, Jewelry, China, Etc
Any person, firm, or corporation violating any of the provisions of this article shall be fined upon conviction in a sum not exceeding $500, to which may be added imprisonment for not exceeding 90 days in the discretion of the court.
