Text
Except as provided in Part 3, a transaction validly entered into before July 1, 2024, and the rights, duties, and interests flowing from the transaction remain valid thereafter and may be terminated, completed, consummated, or enforced as required or permitted by law other than the Uniform Commercial Code or, if applicable, the Uniform Commercial Code, as though Act 2023-492 had not taken effect.
