(a)This article modifies, limits, or supersedes the Electronic Signatures in Global and National Commerce Act, 15 U.S.C. § 7001 et seq., but does not modify, limit, or supersede Section 101(c) of that act, 15 U.S.C. § 7001(c), or authorize electronic delivery of any of the notices described in Section 103(b) of that act, 15 U.S.C. § 7003(b).
(b)Notwithstanding any provision to the contrary, this article shall have no effect on any condemnation action or proceeding to acquire for public use all or any portion or interest in the receivership property, whether filed before or after the receivership. The receivership court may not stay or enjoin any condemnation action involving the receivership property, nor shall the receivership court have jurisdiction over any action to condemn the recei
