Text
(a)The Alabama Credit Union Administration shall be in the charge of the administrator who shall be the chief executive officer of the administration.
(b)The administrator shall be a person of good character.
(c)The administrator shall be appointed by the Governor by and with the consent of the Senate. The term of office of the administrator shall expire on the first day of February after the expiration of the term of office of the Governor making the appointment, but the administrator may continue to serve until a successor is appointed and has qualified. If for any reason there should be a vacancy in the office while the Senate is not in session, the Governor shall appoint an administrator and such administrator shall hold office and exercise the powers conferred by law until the Sena
