Text

(a)That in the Circuit Court of Chambers County, Alabama, all orders and decrees may be made and entered by circuit judges sitting in and for the circuit court in such county on a sheet or sheets now commonly called case action summaries and that there shall be a case action summary for each case docketed in such court properly identified by the style of the case and a case number.
(b)That after all orders and judgments have been made and entered, in any case, by the circuit judge or judges sitting in and for the circuit court in such county, the clerk of the circuit court of such county shall file such sheets in numerical order in well bound books labeled “Minute Books” and such judgments or orders shall have the same force and effect as minutes of the circuit court of such county prior
