§ 45-59-83 — Recording Requirements

The Judge of Probate of St. Clair County shall not receive for record or permit the recording of any instrument in which the title to real property is conveyed, unless the instrument has endorsed on it a printed or typewritten mailing address of the grantee within the body of the instrument.
