Text

(a)Beginning March 1, 2025, the Coroner of St. Clair County shall receive an additional expense allowance to bring the coroner’s total base compensation to three thousand four hundred fifty dollars ($3,450) per month.
(b)Beginning January 18, 2027, the base salary for the coroner shall be three thousand four hundred fifty dollars ($3,450) per month.
(c)Beginning January 18, 2027, the coroner shall receive an additional expense allowance of six hundred dollars ($600) per month, and all previous expense allowances or other forms of compensation beyond the compensation provided in this subsection and subsection (b) are void.
(d)This section shall be retroactive to March 1, 2025, and any actions taken in accordance with this section beginning March 1, 2025, are ratified and confirmed.
