(a)(1) In St. Clair County the following county officials shall receive an additional expense allowance in the amount specified as follows: a. Chair of the county commission TTTTTTTTTTTTT $300 per month b. Members of the county commission TTTTTTTTT $300 per month c. County coroner TTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTT $300 per month d. Assistant county coroner TTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTT $150 per month

(2)The expense allowance provided for by this subsection shall be in addition to any and all other salary, compensation, and expense allowances provided for by law and shall be paid out of the county general fund.

b. The expense allowance provided for by this subsection shall be in addition to any and all other salary, compensation, and expense allowances provided for by law and shall be paid out of the county general fund.
(2)a. Beginning with the next term of office after June 23, 1987, the expense allowance paid to certain county officials as provided in subdivision (1) shall be null and void. In lieu thereof the county officials shall receive an additional monthly compensation in the amount specified as follows:
1. Chairman of the county commission TTTTTT $300 per month
2.
Members of the county commission TTTTTTT $300 per month
3. County coroner TTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTT $300 per month
4. Assistant county coroner TTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTT $150 per month
b. The compensation shall be in addition to all other compensation, expense allowances, or benefits received.
