§ 45-59-11 — Compensation of Various County Officers

(a)(1) In St. Clair County the following county officials shall receive an additional expense allowance in the amount specified as follows:
a.
Chair of the county commission TTTTTTTTTTTTT $300 per month
b.
Members of the county commission TTTTTTTTT $300 per month
c.
County coroner TTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTT $300 per month
d.
Assistant county coroner TTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTT $150 per month
(2)The expense allowance provided for by this subsection shall be in addition to any and all other salary, compensation, and expense allowances provided for by law and shall be paid out of the county general fund.
(b)(1)a. In St. Clair County the following county officials shall receive an additional expense allowance in the amount specified as follows:
