§ 45-59-100 — Insuring School Buildings and Property
In accordance with Section 41–15–1, the St. Clair County Board of Education may insure school buildings and property through the state insurance fund or an insurance company, whichever in the opinion of the board provides the best coverage for the school buildings and property.
