Text
(a)Public records are those records as defined in Section 41–13–1. The records may be reviewed in a manner prescribed by the director, taking into account confidentiality, convenience, and related factors.
(b)Minutes of board meetings, active employment rosters, and financial records shall be retained permanently. Applications and examination papers of successful candidates shall be retained for the duration of appropriate eligible registers.
(c)From time to time by public hearing, the personnel board may adopt policies, rules, and regulations necessary to carry out this part and develop a comprehensive civil service system, so long as the adopted policies, rules, and regulations do not modify or change the intent of this part.
