Text

(a)(1) There is created a personnel board which shall be composed of three members to be selected as follows: a. One member shall be elected by the employees of the regular service to serve for a term of four years. b. One member shall be appointed by the mayor and the council to serve for a term of three years. c. One member shall be appointed by the two members appointed by the mayor and council, and elected by the employees of the regular service, respectively, to serve for a term of two years.
(2)Each member elected or appointed thereafter shall serve a term of four years or until their successor is selected and takes office. Vacancies shall be filled for the unexpired term by the selecting authority in the same manner as the original appointees. Any board members serving at the adopt
