On and after the effective installation date, the microphotographic copies of all instruments and records provided herein to be microphotographed shall constitute the official record of the instruments for the purposes of this code and all other laws applicable to the recording of any of such instruments and for all other purposes; and the record of real property instruments, personal property instruments, miscellaneous instruments, and other documents and records that may be microphotographed pursuant to this subpart, made in books prior to the effective installation date, shall not thereafter constitute official records.
