Text
(a)Commencing with the fiscal year beginning October 1, 1997, in lieu of any other fees or expense allowances, the Judge of Probate of Shelby County shall receive a salary supplement in the amount of twenty thousand dollars ($20,000) payable in equal monthly installments in the same manner as county employees are paid.
(b)The salary supplement in subsection (a) shall be increased by the same percentage as the across-the-board increase received by full-time county employees at the same time as the increase is received by the county employees.
