Text
(a)The Judge of Probate of Shelby County, Alabama, shall receive as compensation a salary of twenty-six thousand dollars ($26,000) per annum, which shall be payable in equal monthly installments by proper warrant drawn on the general fund of the county.
(b)Any expense allowance allowed by law to be paid to the officer herein named prior to July 18, 1979, shall continue to be paid the officer.
