Text
(a)In addition to all other costs and charges in circuit and district court cases in Shelby County, a fee of three dollars ($3) shall be charged and collected by the clerk of court on each case except small claims cases. When collected by the clerk of the court, the proceeds shall be deposited in the Judicial Administration Fund.
(b)The court costs provided for by this section shall be collected in the same manner as other court costs in circuit and district court, and shall be paid on a monthly basis into the Judicial Administration Fund as established by subsection (d) of Section 45–58–81.
