Text

(a)The judicial assistant to the presiding Circuit Judge of the 18th Judicial Circuit shall receive an annual salary supplement in the amount of four thousand eight hundred dollars ($4,800). The salary supplement shall be in addition to any salary received by the judicial assistant and shall be paid out of the Shelby County General Fund with prior approval of the Shelby County Commission, which must be evidenced by at least seven affirmative votes thereof.
(b)The judicial assistant to the presiding District Judge of the 18th Judicial Circuit shall receive an annual salary supplement in the amount of two thousand four hundred dollars ($2,400). The salary supplement shall be in addition to any salary received by the judicial assistant and shall be paid out of the Shelby County General Fund
