Text

The District Attorney of the Eighteenth Judicial Circuit, in Clay, Coosa, and Shelby Counties, shall receive, in addition to any other compensation and in addition to any other supplement provided by law, an expense and automobile allowance, equal to one percent of annual salary paid by the state to the district attorney per month, to be paid from the District Attorney’s Fund or from any funds available to the District Attorney of the Eighteenth Judicial Circuit.
