Text

This subpart shall be liberally construed as being additional authority for the Shelby County Commission to adopt ordinances relating to the establish-ment and enforcement of minimum standards for buildings, dwellings, and the structures of all types and descriptions used for human habitation and occupancy, except temporary construction buildings. The authority conferred by this subpart is cumulative to and in addition to other existing legal authority.
