(a)The County Commission of Shelby County may acquire and operate self-service computer terminals. The information and services available through the use of the self-service computer terminals shall include, but not be limited to, the following:
(1)Information on government services available in Shelby County.
(2)Information on motor vehicle registration and driver’s licenses.
(3)Processing of motor vehicle tag renewals.
(4)In the discretion of the Shelby County Commission, any other licens-es, services, or payment of taxes due to or offered by the county or other appropriate government or agency thereof.
