Text

The Chair of Shelby County Commission shall receive an additional expense allowance of five thousand dollars ($5,000) per year. The expense allowance shall be in addition to all other expense allowances and compensation paid to the chair. The money shall be paid in the same manner as other compensation is paid to the chair and shall be paid out of the county general fund.
