§ 45-58-30 — Establishment of Public Library Service Districts Authorized
Alabama·Title 45 Local Laws·Ch. 58 Shelby County·Art. 3 Boards and Commissions·Part 1 Library Board and Districts
Any area situated entirely within Shelby County may be established as a district for providing public library service in the manner hereinafter provided for; provided, however, no land lying within the boundaries of a municipality or an existing library district at the time of the election shall be included in a district.
