Text
The Shelby County Commission shall have the right to remove any member of the board at any time without cause. If vacancies occur, the Shelby County Commission shall appoint another person to fill the vacancy and may either do so with or without additional nominations from the nominating authorities herein named. The time of service each year shall be coordinated by and communicated to the board by the property tax commissioner.
