The Shelby County Work Release Commission, created by subpart 1, shall now be known as the Shelby County Community Corrections Commission, hereinafter referred to as the commission, which shall retain all the enumerated powers of the original Shelby County Work Release Commission and shall oversee and operate all programs, services, and administrative functions of the Shelby County Community Corrections. The number of members comprising the commission shall be seven, appointed by, and serving at the pleasure of the Shelby County Commission.
