All sums collected pursuant to this subpart, other than those collected under order of the court for the benefit of some other purpose or agency, shall be expended for implementation of this subpart, including, but not limited to, paying salaries and other expenses involved in the execution of this subpart, including supervision of the prisoners, housing and transportation of prisoners committed to the commission, matching any federal or state grants which may be available in relation to the purpose of this subpart, investigation and screening of prisoners subject to this subpart, or any other purpose reasonably related to carrying out this subpart, or in furtherance of the intent of this subpart.
