Text
The board shall hold regular meetings as it may by rule and regulation prescribe. Special meetings shall be held at such times and places determined by the board upon the call of its chair, or as are otherwise required to hold hearings upon complaint as hereinafter provided. A majority of the board members shall constitute a quorum for the transaction of business.
