Text
(a)The retail sale of draft or keg beer by retail licensees of the Alabama Alcoholic Beverage Control Board shall be lawful in Shelby County.
(b)Words or phrases whenever they appear in this section, unless the context clearly indicates otherwise, shall have the meaning ascribed to them in Section 28–3–1, as amended.
