§ 45-58-120 — Authority to Provide for Hospital and Medical Insurance of Retired County Employees
The County Commission of Shelby County may make provisions for coverage of retired county employees by health, hospitalization, surgical, and medical insurance, and may pay all or any part of the cost thereof or the premiums thereon from any funds in the county treasury not otherwise appropriated.
