Text

The first meeting of each newly elected council for induction into office shall be held at ten o’clock in the morning on the first Monday in November next following its election, after which the council shall meet regularly at such times as may be prescribed by its rules, but not less frequently than once each month. All meetings of the council shall be open to the public.
