§ 45-57-82 — Salary Supplement
Alabama·Title 45 Local Laws·Ch. 57 Russell County·Art. 8 Courts·Part 3 District Attorney·Subpart 1 Compensation
The County Commission of Russell County may grant, at its discretion, to the district attorney of the county a salary supplement in an amount not to exceed four hundred dollars ($400) per month. The supplement shall be in addition to any other compensation and expense heretofore provided by law.
