Text
This article shall grant to the Russell County Planning Commission all the power and provisions for planning, zoning, and subdivisions as contained in Chapter 52 of Title 11. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the planning commission, on zoning changes, serves in an advisory capacity to the county commission which makes all final decisions on zoning changes.
