Text
No master plan or zoning regulations proposed by the planning commission shall become effective until approved by the county commission. Once the county commission approves a master plan or zoning regulations, as soon as possible thereafter, the county commission shall implement the master plan and the zoning regulations in all of the unincorporated areas of the county.
