Text

(a)This section shall apply to the regulation of the sale and distribution of alcoholic beverages in Russell County.
(b)The Russell County Commission may authorize the sale and distribution of draft or keg beer by retail licensees of the Alcoholic Beverage Control Board in the unincorporated area of the county, any law to the contrary notwithstanding.
(c)The Russell County Commission may authorize the sale and distribution after 1:00 p.m. on Sundays of alcoholic beverages by licensees of the Alcoholic Beverage Control Board, any law to the contrary notwithstanding.
