§ 45-57-180 — Monies Dedicated to Construction Shall Be Paid into the County Road and Bridge Fund
All monies hereafter accruing to Russell County which are dedicated to the construction, maintenance, and repair of roads and bridges and traffic control, shall be paid into the county road and bridge fund.
