Text

(a)The county commission shall appoint a county employee or employees who shall be responsible for assessing the existence of a public nuisance pursuant to this subpart.
(b)Upon a determination by the county employee of the instance of a public nuisance pursuant to this subpart, the county employee shall notify the owner of the real property on which the manufactured dwelling or any other dwelling is located of the existence of the public nuisance, and shall give the real property owner not less than 60 days to abate the nuisance in the manner agreed upon by the county employee and the real property owner.
(c)The notice to the real property owner shall consist of a letter mailed to the person last assessed for property taxes due on the property according to the records of the county rev
