Text

(a)The Randolph County Commission shall impose a special transaction fee of fifty dollars ($50) per map recorded and copied in the office of the judge of probate.
(b)The special transaction fee shall be collected by the judge of probate and deposited into the county general fund. The funds collected pursuant to this section shall be used at the discretion of the county commission for costs in connection with the recording and copying of maps of plats, including, but not limited to, the costs of processing, digitizing, and laminating.
(c)The special transaction fee shall be in addition to all other fees, taxes, costs, and charges required by law.
