Text

The Randolph County Commission, by ordinance, may permit the sale of draft or keg beer by retail licensees of the Alcoholic Beverage Control Board for on-premises consumption and for off-premises consumption. Beer sold for off-premises consumption may not exceed 288 ounces per customer per day which must be sealed, labeled, packaged, and taxed in accordance with state and federal laws and regulations. No draft or keg beer shall be sold on a Sunday unless authorized by general or local law. The county commission, by ordinance, may otherwise regulate the sale of draft or keg beer by retail licensees of the Alcoholic Beverage Control Board within the municipality.
