Text
Notwithstanding any other provision of law, the proceeds from any ad valorem tax distributed to the Randolph Health Care Authority shall be utilized to fund the pensions of the individuals who are retired from the health care authority on February 23, 2016. The remaining proceeds from the ad valorem tax may be used at the discretion of the authority.
