§ 45-56-170 — Property Owner, County Health Department Performing Soil Percolation; Septic Tank Installation Purposes

In Randolph County, all laws, rules, and regulations to the contrary notwithstanding, upon request by a property owner, the county health department or its agent, shall perform soil percolation tests for a fee of not more than fifty dollars ($50) when the tests are required for septic tank installation purposes.
