Text
The Randolph County Commission may determine the qualifications for the county engineer, provided that the qualifications meet the minimum requirements under state law regarding qualifications of engineers. It is further provided that the county engineer does not have to be qualified as a land surveyor in order for the Department of Transportation to participate in the payment of a portion of the county engineer’s salary.
