Text

(a)Pursuant to subsection (b) of Section 17–6–4, the Randolph County Commission may establish voting centers by combining voters from two or more precincts in order to create voting centers in order to facilitate voting or reduce costs for elections and may otherwise provide for voting centers.
(b)Any actions taken by the county commission to establish voting centers in the county prior to August 1, 2023, are validated and confirmed.
