Text
(a)In Randolph County, the county board of education is prohibited from reacquiring the property described in subsection (c) which was purchased by the North Randolph County Development Association without repayment of the original purchase price of the property along with the costs of any and all improvements to the property.
(b)After a period of 10 years the board of education cannot reacquire the property without the payment of the fair and reasonable market value of the property or a price negotiated and agreed upon by the Randolph County Board of Education and the North Randolph County Development Association.
(c)The description of the property provided for in subsection (a) is as follows, to-wit:
