Text
The procedure for redeeming lands for taxes in Pike County shall be the same as provided in Article 5, commencing with Section 40–10–120, of Chapter 10, Title 40, except that the duties required of and performed by the judge of probate shall be transferred to and be performed by the tax collector or revenue commissioner of the county, and the judge of probate shall be relieved of the duties.
