§ 45-55-232 — Private Detention Facilities
No private entity including, but not limited to, private agencies, private groups, private corporations, partnerships, private associations, and individuals, shall establish, maintain, or operate any correctional, rehabilitation, or juvenile detention facility in Pike County without prior approval by the county commission.
