§ 45-55-220 — Residents Over 65 Years of Age Exempt from Fishing Lake Admission Fee

Any person who is a resident of the state of Alabama and over 65 years of age shall be entitled to fish in the Pike County public fishing lake operated by the Department of Conservation and Natural Resources, without the requirement of payment of any admission fee.
