Text

(a)The Pike County Commission, by resolution of the commission or pursuant to a referendum as provided for in subsection (b) may regulate and permit the sale of alcoholic beverages outside of the corporate limits of the City of Troy for on-premises and off-premises consumption after 12:00 p.m. on Sundays, as determined by the county commission, by properly licensed retail licensees of the Alcoholic Beverage Control Board serving the general public.
(b)Subsection (a) may be conditioned on approval at a referendum election of the qualified electors of the county outside of the corporate limits of the City of Troy who vote in an election to be held on a day designated by the county commission.
